Our Pricing

All of our pricing is based off of supplies and their market value, cost of over head, and service provider education and experience. In order to provide a career path to our service providers we developed a tiered pricing model. This also caters to our guests needs and budget. If you have any other questions about pricing please don't be afraid to reach out. We can pair you with a professional that meets your needs.

Service Guarantee

Here at SiMPLEE U we hold ourselves and eachother to a high standard of service. We prefer the opportunity to provide a resolution to your concerns. Please let us know within 48 hours of your service so we can adjust anything that is needed within 10 days of service.

Refund Policy

All services are non refundable. Please give us the opportunity to correct any concerns by contacting us within 48 hours.

Return Policy

We will be happy to accept an unused and unopened product within 7 days of purchase by issuing a salon credit or exchange.

Cancellations

We do understand life happens. We kindly ask that you be mindful and respect the time of our service providers and guests.

Less then 24 hour notice

  • A $25 fee will be required to rebook your cancelled appointment. This fee will be credited towards your next appointment, so long as it is kept or cancelled timely.

  • 3 or more appointments canceled within 24 hours, will require a 50% deposit towards your next scheduled appointment.

No Show

In order to respect the time of our service providers, you will be subject to a no show fee and could be removed from booking a future appointment.

  • A 50% deposit is required to rebook your visit. This deposit will be credited to your next appointment, so long as the appointment is kept or cancelled timely. This deposit is forfeited if you no show again.
