Vanessa specialize in dimensional brunettes. She feels like Brunette hair is kind of the underdog. There are not many stylists who take the time to understand it. Vanessa sees something really beautiful, yet mysterious about brunette hair. There is so many more options in tone and depth. For example, Warm, Cool, Dark to Light, and the shine! It always hits just right in the light and is never boring.

Always knew she wanted to do hair when she was in high school. She even played and would do her friends hair. While she is doing hair, she just feel a better connection with people. Maybe it’s because they trust her enough to open up and she truly holds space for them. What makes Vanessa different? She doesn’t mind a long consultation. She likes to really understand what the guest is looking for and strives to figure it out together.

Outside The Salon

Vanessa loves a good DIY project. Also she secretly wants to know to do all of the projects herself. She will honestly take her husbands tools, try, and if she messes up, he usually helps her fix it. Since Vanessa has 2 little ones, she loves chatting to other moms, doing day trips to new places, a craft, or a good science project at home. Vanessa and her husband love to take a long weekend away to visit a new city for a music festival, heavy metal concert, or a bougie, artsy place to stay. Thank you so much for getting to know me.
