I am Vanessa and I am from the North Wales area. Sit down, make yourself comfortable. I love making people feel like they can use their time in my chair to let go of what they need to and relax. I always knew I wanted to do hair when I was in high school. I’d even play and do my friends hair. I graduated in 2005 fully licensed. I love getting to know people and their stories. I like to dive deep and really get to know someone and their perspective. While I am doing hair, I just feel a better connection with people. Maybe it’s because they trust me enough to open up and I am here to hold that space for them.

I specialize in dimensional brunettes. I think there is really something beautiful, yet mysterious about brunette hair. There is so many more options in tone and depth. For example, Warm, Cool, Dark to Light, and the shine! It always hits just right in the light and is never boring. Give me all the mermaids! I love long hair!

What makes me different? I don’t mind a long consultation. I like to really understand what the guest is looking for and we will figure it out together. I feel like Brunette hair is kind of the underdog. There is not that many stylist who take the time to understand it. I get so inspired by the season changes, clients, mom life, and creating soft polished finishes by adding movement. I follow a lot of brunette specialists for inspiration to have an effortless look.

Outside the salon I love a good DIY project. Also I secretly want to know to do allllll of the projects myself. I will honestly take my husbands tools, try, and if I mess up, he usually helps me fix it. Since I have 2 little ones, I love chatting to other moms and doing day trips, a craft, or a good science project at home.
