STEP 1 - Schedule a Consultation
An Extension Specialist will assess your scalp, hair and lifestyle to determine the best products for your desired look; at home care will be reviewed.
STEP 2 - Complete Installation Deposit
An invoice for deposit will be sent to you via email after your consultation. This deposit must be paid before an Installation Service is scheduled.
All deposits are non refundable.
STEP 3 - Installation Service
(includes install, hair cutting, blow drying and styling. Color services are not included)

STEP 4 - Home Care and Maintenance
At checkout we will supply a SiMPLEE U Extension Care Card. We highly recommend following our hair care regimen and using suggested products only. In our professional experience it is vital to maintaining a healthy routine for your scalp and hair during your extension experience.
Rescheduling:
48 hours notice is required for rescheduling Extension Installation Services.
A 50% rebooking deposit is required for any rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time.
All deposits are forfeited if a guest no shows on the day of the Installation Service.
All deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment:
A $25 fee will be required to rebook your cancelled appointment. This fee will be credited towards your next appointment, so long as it is kept or cancelled timely.
3 or more appointments canceled within 24 hours, will require a 50% deposit towards your next scheduled appointment.
NO SHOW:
A 50% deposit is required to rebook your visit. This deposit will be credited to your next appointment, so long as the appointment is kept or cancelled timely. This deposit is forfeited if you no show again.

I have seen this salon in D-town at the old location and now the new one. I can't believe I waited so long to come in! I have curly hair and booked a curly cut with Jessie. At other salons, I usually get a cut and walk out of a salon with a wet head and not enough product in my hair, so I have to go home and do it myself or let my curls be manhandled by a stylist w limited curl experience until my hair is just a frizzy mop. This time was way different. Jessie took the time to form all the individual curls, she diffused my hair, and my curls were amazing for the first time EVER! Total miracle worker. My curls lasted for 3 days- even through a workout and a bike ride!!!! No frizz and every curl was like a springing coil. Jessie was the best, super kind and friendly. When I got home, I felt like a rock star because my family were all asking to take a picture of my new hairdo.
