Whether you want to be a Specialty Stylist, Leader, or Mentor we offer positions for all types of stylist. As well as promotions within your position. Each position offered at SiMPLEE U provides different levels of opportunities, responsibilities and expectations along with it’s own level of benefits, compensations, and bonuses. This is also included for our Estethician’s and Bridal Team.

Hiring Process
We have a very strategic hiring process to ensure you are a right fit for our salon business and we are the right fit for you.
Step 1- Phone Interview
A phone interview is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, and for you to ask all the questions you may have. We know moving salons can be quite the process, so I want you to know we are here for you. During this transition we will be transparent and set expectations along the way, as well as making sure you and your guests feel supported.
Step 2- In Person Interview
We will meet at a local coffee shop here in Doylestown and get to know one another. If all goes well, lets go for a walk & tour SiMPLEE U!
Step 3- Opportunity Day
You will book 2-3 of your existing clients for free services at SiMPLEE U, and be one of us for a day. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and like the fit of our environment.
Step 4- Recap
After your Opportunity Day, we will meet at our local coffee shop to have a little recap. Both parties can ask any and all remaining questions, view our employee manual, and dive deeper into all things SiMPLEE U and your future.
Step 5- 90 Day Grace
During your first 90 days of employment, you will be expected to complete our New Hire Training. This time you will learn how we do business, and all aspects of our salon processes and procedures.
